CURE4CF
FOUNDATION
Established in 2009, the Cure4 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Cure4CF) is a registered not for profit charity with the primary goal of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis.
Cure4CF seeks to raise funds for the most promising medical research across the nation. To date, this has seen the Foundation support a range of research projects, including the Adelaide CF Airway Gene Therapy Research Group and The Adelaide ENT Research Team.
Cure4CF consists of a dynamic team – Suzy Dimaline, CEO; Birgit Smith, Research and Operations Coordinator; Jessica Buckley, Partnerships Manager and Jodie Simpson, Research and Development Lead.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of directors who possess broad expertise in the areas of corporate management, not-for-profit management, finance, business development and fundraising, and legal, compliance and risk. The Foundation has its origins in a parent-led research support group that began in 2003.
Our supporters can be confident that their donations go directly to supporting the research that will make a cure possible. Each contribution brings us all closer to a cure, which for the 3,000 people living with CF in Australia and the 70,000 people affected worldwide, cannot come soon enough.
